• Unlimited pages and products
• 10 blog posts per month
• 20 social designs per month
• Ad campaign management
• Full team support
• Setup fee: PKR 140,000

Billing Cycle

When You're Charged

First Invoice:

• Setup fee (one-time)
• First month's service

Monthly Invoices:

• Charged on the same day each month
• Same billing date as signup
• Invoice emailed before charge

Payment Methods

Accepted: Bank transfer only

How to pay:

• Receive invoice via email
• Transfer amount to provided account
• Include invoice number in transfer
• Confirmation sent within 24 hours

Grace Period

• 5-day grace period for overdue invoices
• After 5 days: Services may be suspended
• Pay to reactivate immediately

Managing Your Plan

How to Change Your Plan

From your dashboard:

• Go to "Account Settings"
• Click "Billing & Plans"
• Choose "Upgrade" or "Downgrade"
• Select new plan
• Confirm changes

New pricing applies on your next billing date (or immediately for upgrades)

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade:

• New features activate immediately
• Higher pricing takes effect next billing cycle
• OR Pro-rata charge if you want features now

Plans you can upgrade to:

• Launch → Boost, Growth, Platinum
• Boost → Growth, Platinum
• Growth → Platinum
• Any plan → Custom

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade:

• Downgrade takes effect next billing cycle
• Current plan continues until renewal
• You won't lose any pages or content (if new plan accommodates)

Things to know:

• Some features may not be available in lower plan
• Excess pages can be archived
• Blog posts can be downloaded

Example: Downgrading from Growth (50 pages) to Boost (30 pages):

• Choose which 30 pages to keep
• Archive other 20 pages
• Adjust blog frequency (3/month → 1/month)

Annual Payment & Savings

Pay Yearly & Save

Annual Payment Option:

• Pay 12 months upfront
• Save 1 month (equivalent)
• Receive PKR 27,000+ discount (depending on plan)

Two-Year Payment Option:

• Pay 24 months upfront
• Save 6 months (equivalent)
• Receive PKR 81,000+ discount

How to switch to annual billing:

• Go to "Billing Settings"
• Choose "Annual Payment"
• Pay upfront
• Automatic renewal yearly

Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Plan

To cancel:

• Email office@matjarx.com
• Subject: "Plan Cancellation"
• Provide 30 days written notice
• State your cancellation date

What happens:

• Services remain active for 30 days
• Your website stays live
• Access continues until cancellation date
• No refund for remaining period

After Cancellation

Your website:

• Remains live for 30 days
• After 30 days: Taken offline
• Can be migrated to another provider
• Files can be exported

Data After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• 30 days: Active and accessible
• 90 days: Backup stored
• 1 year: May be permanently deleted

Export your data before cancellation deadline if you plan to use elsewhere

Refund Policy

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work starts

However:

• Within 24 hours of payment
• If no work has begun
• Full refund available

After 24 hours or once work starts: Non-refundable

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice (services remain active during notice period)

Custom Projects

Refunds considered for:

• Significant dissatisfaction
• Work doesn't meet specs
• Approval hasn't been given

Deductions applied for:

• Time and labor invested
• Assets purchased
• Tools and resources
• Operational costs

Remaining balance refunded within 30 days

Non-Refundable Items

• Domain purchases
• Hosting fees
• Third-party plugins/tools
• Completed and approved work
• Blog posts already delivered
• SEO work performed

Payment Issues

What if my payment fails?

If your bank transfer doesn't go through:

• Check the account details in your invoice
• Verify amount and reference number
• Try the transfer again
• Contact your bank for issues

If payment is unsuccessful after 5 days:

• Services may be suspended
• You'll receive reminder emails
• Make payment to reactivate

Disputing a Charge

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

• Email office@matjarx.com
• Provide invoice number and details
• Explain the issue
• We'll review within 48 hours

Payment Plans

Flexible payment options available:

• Full upfront (discount available)
• 50/50 (half upfront, half on launch)
• Milestone-based payments
• Monthly payment plan (discuss with sales)
