By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Launch Plan
One-Time Setup Fee: PKR 22,500Monthly Maintenance Fee: PKR 4,500Includes: 5–10 pages, basic website, hosting, domain
Boost Plan
One-Time Setup Fee: PKR 22,500Monthly Maintenance Fee: PKR 15,600Includes: 20–30 pages, advanced features, 1 blog post/month, VIP phone support, unlimited edits (first 30 days)
Growth Plan
One-Time Setup Fee: PKR 22,500Monthly Maintenance Fee: PKR 27,000Includes: 50 pages, SEO services, 3 blog posts/month, dedicated marketing manager, 1-on-1 monthly growth meetings
Platinum Ecommerce Plan
One-Time Setup Fee: PKR 140,000Monthly Maintenance Fee: PKR 55,000Includes: Unlimited pages, e-commerce management, advanced SEO, social media management, 10 blogs/month, 20 social media post designs, dedicated teamAdditional Services: Additional requirements outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Custom projects are priced individually.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Method: All payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
Billing Details:
All prices are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)Monthly subscriptions are billed in advanceMonthly billing dates are based on the original signup dateClients receive invoices via email
Payment Grace Period:
Clients are provided a 5-day grace period for overdue invoicesFailure to make payment within the grace period may result in service suspension
5. Refund Policy
Setup Fees (One-Time Payments)
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has startedRefund requests may only be submitted within 24 hours of payment if the project has not significantly startedIf work has already begun (design, development, planning, or resource allocation), the setup fee becomes non-refundable
Custom Projects
For custom or tailored projects:
Refunds may be considered only if the client is dissatisfiedMatjarX will deduct: operational costs, service fees, purchased assets (plugins, themes), third-party expensesRemaining eligible amount will be refunded within 30 days
Approved Work
Any work approved verbally or in writing by the client becomes non-refundableThis includes design approvals, content approvals, and feature implementations
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has startedClients may cancel subscriptions with 30 days written notice
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Domain purchasesHosting fees (if purchased or managed by MatjarX)Third-party software or plugin costsCompleted and approved milestonesSEO work already performedSocial media content already delivered or posted

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing at least 30 days written notice.
Upon Cancellation:
Monthly services will continue until the end of the active billing periodClients may request website files and migration assistanceMatjarX is not responsible for third-party migration issues
7. Non-Payment and Suspension
In case of non-payment:
MatjarX will attempt to contact the client through calls, messages, emails, or meetingsServices may be suspended after the grace period expiresWebsites and hosting services may be taken offline after 3 months of non-paymentWebsite data may be permanently deleted after 1 year of inactivity or non-paymentRestoration of suspended projects may require repayment of setup fees and maintenance costsAfter 1 year, projects may require complete redevelopment

Reasons for Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended due to:
Delayed approvals from clientMissing content or credentialsThird-party service delaysPlatform restrictions or outagesClient-requested changes or additions
9. Website Ownership
Ownership Rights: Clients receive full ownership rights to their website only after all invoices and dues are fully cleared.
Upon Completion and Full Payment:
WordPress admin access may be sharedShopify collaborator or admin access may be sharedHosting credentials and website files may be provided upon requestClients may migrate their website to another hosting provider
Access Suspension: MatjarX reserves the right to suspend access in cases of unpaid invoices or service violations.
10. SEO and Marketing Disclaimer
MatjarX does not guarantee:
Specific Google rankingsWebsite traffic volumeSales or revenueLead generation numbersRevenue growthImportant Note: SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors including:Market competitionSearch engine algorithm changesMarket conditionsClient participation and implementationIndustry trends
While we apply industry best practices and optimization strategies, all results are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
AI-Assisted Content: MatjarX may use hybrid AI-assisted and human-generated content creation methods. All content is reviewed and managed as part of our service workflows.
11. Support Policy

12. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

13. Third-Party Services
MatjarX may integrate or work with third-party services including:

14. Intellectual Property
Custom Work: All custom work created by MatjarX remains the property of MatjarX until full payment is received.
Client Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and original content.
Portfolio Rights: MatjarX reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Limitation of Liability
MatjarX shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential lossesLoss of profits or revenueData loss caused by third-party providersSearch engine ranking fluctuationsCybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable controlDelays caused by external services
Cap on Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.
16. Termination of Services
MatjarX reserves the right to terminate services if:
The client violates these TermsPayments remain unpaid (after grace period and notices)The client engages in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activityThe website content violates applicable lawsThe client misuses the service
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
18. Changes to Terms
MatjarX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Effect of Changes: Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
